Mbarara district local government is implementing DDP 3 and has conducted a Refresher training of DDP Development 

to all Sub County Chiefs/ Town Clerks, Community Development Officers, Parish Chief / Town Agents From all the 

6 sub counties and 5 town councils of Mbarara District.
